What is SAP EWM Training?

SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is the SAP solution that controls every movement inside a warehouse. When a truck arrives, EWM decides where each pallet goes. When an order comes in, it tells workers what to pick, where to pack it and which door to ship it from. It also keeps stock counts right through physical inventory. All of this is covered step by step in SAP EWM training.

SAP EWM training teaches you to set up and run these warehouse processes. You learn how the warehouse is built in SAP (storage types, sections and bins), how master data moves from ERP to EWM, and how goods flow from receiving to shipping. In SAP S/4HANA, EWM can run inside the same system (embedded EWM) or as a separate system (decentralised EWM), and our SAP EWM training explains both setups.

EWM works closely with buying and selling. Goods receipts start from purchase orders and deliveries start from sales orders, so it helps to know SAP MM training and SAP SD training topics alongside SAP EWM training.

What You Learn in SAP EWM Classes

The SAP EWM training follows one warehouse from setup to shipping. In your SAP EWM classes you will:

  • Start with the basics: how classic WM and EWM differ and where EWM fits in SAP logistics
  • Connect ERP and EWM: integration settings and BC Sets that link the two systems, a key SAP EWM certification topic
  • Move master data: transfer materials, plants and partners from ECC to EWM, the largest SAP EWM certification area
  • Build the warehouse: warehouse number, storage types, sections, bins and other organisational units
  • Manage stock: stock types, quality and blocked stock, and physical inventory counts
  • Run processes: inbound and outbound flows, warehouse tasks and the main definitions behind them
  • Pick, pack and ship: the outbound steps from a delivery to a loaded truck
  • Use storage control: process-oriented and layout-oriented steps for complex warehouses, the last module of SAP EWM training

SAP EWM Training Duration and Fees

The SAP EWM training runs for 8 weeks, with 2-hour SAP EWM classes in a weekday or weekend batch. The SAP EWM course fee at Zeblearn is ₹30,000, and you can pay in EMIs. The fee covers live classes, SAP system access, recordings, the course certificate and placement support. The SAP EWM certification exam is paid to SAP separately.

Why Choose SAP EWM Training at Zeblearn?

  • Live SAP EWM classes: SAP EWM training from a trainer who has worked on warehouse projects
  • Hands-on SAP EWM training: every warehouse step done by you in an SAP system
  • Recordings of every class: revise any part of the SAP EWM training you missed
  • SAP EWM certification preparation: quizzes and a practice test before the exam
  • Placement support: resume, mock interviews and referrals after the SAP EWM training

Who Should Join This SAP EWM Training?

  • Warehouse, stores and logistics staff who want SAP EWM training to manage warehouse work in SAP
  • SAP WM consultants who need to move from classic WM to EWM on SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP MM and SD consultants who want SAP EWM training to add warehouse skills
  • Supply chain professionals moving into SAP roles through SAP EWM classes
  • Engineering, commerce and management graduates looking for an SAP EWM course in a growing logistics area

Do I Need Any Prerequisites for SAP EWM Training?

No coding is needed for SAP EWM training. It helps to know how a warehouse works: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch. Basic SAP MM or SD knowledge is useful for SAP EWM training but not required, because the trainer explains the business steps in the first SAP EWM classes.

Your SAP EWM Training Learning Path

  1. Start SAP EWM training with WM and EWM basics
  2. Connect ERP with EWM and transfer master data in SAP EWM training
  3. Set up organisational units and basic configuration in SAP EWM training
  4. Learn stock types and physical inventory, both tested in the SAP EWM certification
  5. Run inbound and outbound processes, then picking, packing and shipping
  6. Finish with storage control, the SAP EWM training project and SAP EWM certification preparation

Which SAP EWM Certification Should You Take?

After SAP EWM training there is one main SAP EWM certification exam to aim for: C_S4EWM. Master data and the end-to-end ERP to EWM process carry the most weight, so these get the most practice time in our SAP EWM classes.

Once you have your SAP EWM certification, natural next steps are SAP TM and EWM integration training for transport planning, and SAP EWM MFS (Material Flow System) for automated warehouses with conveyors and cranes.

SAP EWM Certification Cost in India

The SAP EWM certification cost, unlike the SAP EWM course fee, is set by SAP and paid directly to SAP. You book the exam through an SAP Learning Hub subscription with certification attempts. To find the current SAP EWM certification cost, check the price in rupees on SAP Learning before you book, or ask our counsellors for the latest figure. The SAP EWM course fee at Zeblearn does not include the SAP EWM certification exam fee.

How Our SAP EWM Training Prepares You for the Exam

The SAP EWM certification is a hands-on exam in a real SAP system, with a 65% pass score. That is why our SAP EWM training focuses on doing the work:

  1. Learn by topic area: SAP EWM classes follow the SAP EWM certification topic areas, starting with master data
  2. Practise on the system: in SAP EWM training you repeat every task yourself after each class
  3. End-to-end runs: you test full ERP to EWM flows during SAP EWM training, the largest SAP EWM certification topic
  4. Weekly quizzes: check your SAP EWM training progress after each module
  5. Full practice test: a timed SAP EWM certification practice test before you book the real exam
  6. Exam booking help: our counsellors guide you to book the SAP EWM certification exam on SAP Learning

SAP EWM Certification Practice Test

Check how ready you are with a free SAP EWM training practice test made by our trainers. It covers warehouse structure, master data, inbound and outbound processes and physical inventory, shows your weak areas, and gives you a certificate when you pass. It is a quick way to see where you stand before you join the SAP EWM classes or book the SAP EWM certification exam.

FAQ

SAP EWM Training FAQs

Quick answers to the questions learners ask most about our SAP EWM training, the SAP EWM course fee and SAP EWM certification.

In SAP EWM training you learn that SAP WM is the older warehouse module in SAP ECC. SAP EWM is the newer, more detailed solution and the main warehouse option in SAP S/4HANA.

SAP EWM training covers both. Embedded EWM runs inside the same SAP S/4HANA system. Decentralised EWM runs as a separate system connected to ERP, often for large or busy warehouses.

The SAP EWM course covers ERP to EWM integration, master data transfer, organisational units, stock types, physical inventory, processes, picking, packing, shipping and storage control.

SAP EWM classes and SAP EWM training suit warehouse and logistics staff, SAP WM, MM and SD consultants, supply chain professionals and graduates who want an SAP logistics career.

Yes. SAP EWM training needs no coding and suits freshers. Freshers with an engineering, commerce or management degree can learn it, especially if they understand basic warehouse work.

SAP MM helps but is not required for SAP EWM training. The trainer explains purchase orders, deliveries and stock basics in the first SAP EWM classes.

The SAP EWM training at Zeblearn runs for 8 weeks, with 2-hour live SAP EWM classes in a weekday or weekend batch.

The SAP EWM course fee at Zeblearn is Rs 30,000 with EMI options. It covers live classes, SAP system access, recordings, the certificate and placement support.

Yes. SAP EWM training at Zeblearn includes SAP system access during the SAP EWM training so you can practise every warehouse step yourself.

The official SAP EWM certification is SAP Certified Associate, Extended Warehouse Management in SAP S/4HANA, exam code C_S4EWM, offered by SAP.

The C_S4EWM SAP EWM certification is a 3-hour system-based exam in English, and the pass score is 65 percent, as listed on SAP Learning.

EWM master data and the end-to-end process from ERP to EWM each carry 31 to 40 percent of the SAP EWM certification exam, so SAP EWM training gives them the most time.

No. The SAP EWM certification exam is booked and paid to SAP separately. The SAP EWM course fee at Zeblearn covers only the training.

The SAP EWM training follows the C_S4EWM topic areas with system practice and a practice test. Passing the SAP EWM certification depends on your own preparation and practice.

After SAP EWM training you can apply for roles such as SAP EWM End User, Junior or Functional SAP EWM Consultant, Warehouse Consultant and Support Analyst.

Yes. Zeblearn gives resume help, mock interviews and referrals after the SAP EWM training. The job offer depends on your interview performance.

Good next steps after SAP EWM training are SAP TM and EWM integration, SAP EWM MFS for automated warehouses and SAP S/4HANA logistics.
