Before using this site or any Zeblearn service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
We reserve the right to dismiss, end, or restrict any support, with or without cause, at our discretion. If you misuse our ticketing system, live chat, or support network by submitting abusive requests or complaints, we will restrict your account. The only time you should reach us about hosting-related infrastructure is if there is a genuine issue with the service. We have minimal content restrictions and everything we do follows applicable laws and regulations. Please do not sign up if you intend to violate our guidelines — we do monitor for this.
The following are strictly forbidden on any Zeblearn platform, service, or account:
No credit or refund will be granted for service interruptions resulting from violations of this agreement.
Once you have access to our services, you may contact us for support via email and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Structured content support is offered to verified users via support tickets.
If your request requires an update or extra modification of the system, you have two options: wait for the next scheduled update release, or engage an expert for custom work (available for an additional charge).
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our materials, modified or unmodified. All materials remain our property. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Zeblearn will not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not offer any warranty or guarantee of our services in any form. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin, module, or browser once a service or platform has been modified or updated.
You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws), the laws of your country, or international law. It is specifically prohibited to use our platform for content promoting violence, terrorism, explicit pornography, racism, or obscene material.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services or access to them without our express written consent.
Members are responsible for all content they post and all activity that occurs under their account.
We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if we consider your conduct to be in violation of these terms. If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activities under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
For any campaign or service delivery involving third-party platforms, we make no guarantee of delivery within a fixed timeframe. Timelines shared at the time of order are estimates only. We are not responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or account restrictions resulting from delivery timing on third-party platforms.
No refund or cash back will be issued once a payment has been completed — this cannot be reversed. Any balance must be used toward our services. You agree that once a payment is made, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us in any form.
If you file a dispute or chargeback after payment, we reserve the right to terminate all future services and restrict your access to our platform. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination with no exceptions.
LMS (Learning Management System) support is available for as long as the underlying technology remains supported, and Zeblearn reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
We offer several ways to earn free balance, coupons, or deposit offers, but we reserve the right to review and deduct any such balance from your account if we determine it was obtained through misuse. If your account balance becomes negative as a result of such a deduction, the account will be automatically suspended. Suspended accounts can request a custom payment to settle the balance and reactivate the account.
By enrolling in any Zeblearn program, you agree and provide consent that Zeblearn has the right to use, display, publish, and share your photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, feedback, training recordings, and success stories captured during classes, events, or shared by you, on our website, social media pages, marketing materials, advertisements, banners, and other promotional platforms for branding and promotional purposes.
By submitting an enquiry, registering, or providing your contact details on any Zeblearn platform, you authorize Zeblearn to contact you via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel regarding course information, counselling, admission updates, offers, service notifications, and other related information.
By applying to Zeblearn for full-time, part-time, or freelance opportunities, you acknowledge and agree that Zeblearn has the right to collect, store, display, publish, and share the information you submit, including your profile details, application data, and responses, through its website, email communications, WhatsApp, and other official platforms for recruitment, verification, internal review, and related organizational purposes.
The interview questions and related information shared by Zeblearn are subject to change and are entirely dependent on the hiring practices and decisions of the respective company's HR team. Zeblearn provides this information based on inputs from students who have appeared in interviews, insights from its training experts, and references collected from various online sources and portals.
Zeblearn shares this information solely for the benefit, guidance, and preparation of students. Zeblearn does not guarantee the accuracy, repetition, or applicability of any interview questions, as final interview processes and questions may vary at the discretion of the hiring company.
Once course enrollment is completed and the payment receipt is generated, any request to change the enrolled course from one course to another will be subject to an administrative course change fee of ₹10,000.
This fee is applicable regardless of the reason for the change and must be paid in full before the new course enrollment is confirmed. All course change requests are subject to approval by Zeblearn management.
